Return / Exchange Policy
LitterBuns products are Final Sale.
This is mainly due to sanitary reasons and health concerns related to rabbits. In addition, the return shipping cost is often more than the cost of product and shipping costs are not covered by LitterBuns.
Exchanges are also not available at this time.
We are aware that there may be special circumstances, in which case we will consider these as exceptions. Special circumstances include, but are not limited to, the loss of a bunny prior to delivery/use, or if the request to return is received prior to processing order. Please reach out to LitterBuns directly through DM on Facebook / Instagram or via email if these circumstances apply.
If it is ultimately a return that is decided upon after other options have been considered, LitterBuns will accept unused items in original packaging, and will issue a refund (for product price only) once unused item has been received and approved as unused. Return shipping costs are not covered by LitterBuns and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
