Shipping policy
Through this website, LitterBuns ships to Canada (not including NWT, Nunavut, and Yukon), United States (not including Hawaii, Alaska and outlying US islands) and select countries in Europe only.
If you are outside of the above shipping zones (including the provinces and states mentioned above), please contact LitterBuns directly via email or DM on Facebook or Instagram to place an order. We will be happy to help you place an order and provide accurate shipping info through the above-mentioned channels. Please do not hesitate to reach out!

Flat rate shipping costs are calculated based on items ordered and shipping destination. The cost of shipping reflects the total weight and dimensions of the package needed to ship your order. Ordering multiple items means a larger package may be needed, so shipping costs will increase slightly with additional items ordered.
Orders generally take 3-6 business days to ship. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (please see refund policy). If you suspect that the calculated shipping cost is rather high at checkout, please contact LitterBuns directly to confirm cost.
